Chuckles and Chortles

Good morning, everyone. I hope the weekend was great. It was rainy most of Saturday, so we took it easy until it cleared up in the evening. Then we hopped on our bikes and went riding around town. And stopped by the lake to enjoy the view.

I tell you, there�s nothing like being near the water.

Yesterday was gorgeous! We threw our bikes in the car and headed downtown to check out the multicultural festival that was going on. Such a cool event! There was dancing and great food and wonderful exhibits from many different cultures. We had lunch, stuck around for awhile and then went cycling for a couple of hours. We returned home around four in the afternoon, and I set to work putting together a breakfast-style dinner for a house full of teens. I told my daughter to invite some friends over for pancakes whenever they could all get together, and yesterday was the day. In addition to pancakes, I served fruits and sausages. They. Ate. Everything. As teens often will. It was fun having them over. They�re all great kids.

This morning I�m heading to the dentist. But before I leave, what do you say we laugh together? Let�s do it...
